By using MoneJar, you agree to these terms.
What MoneJar does
MoneJar is an app for keeping track of your own money. You enter your accounts, transactions and budgets, and the app calculates and displays them.
What MoneJar does not do
It does not give financial advice. The figures it shows are based on the information you enter. They are not recommendations about investing, borrowing or repaying debt.
It does not connect to your bank. It does not import your statements or make transactions on your behalf. All information in the app is entered by you.
Exchange rates are for information only. Rates are taken from a public source and may be delayed or inaccurate. The rate your bank applies may be different. Conversions shown in the app are estimates. You can enter the exact rate yourself.
Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for any decisions you make based on it.
We work to keep MoneJar accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always work without errors or interruption. If you have an account, your records are stored on our server and return when you sign in on another phone. If you do not have an account, your records are stored only on your phone, and if the phone is lost, damaged or reset, they can be restored only from a backup you have made.
Your account
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.
If you share an account with another person, you decide their level of access and can remove it at any time. We are not responsible for actions taken by people you have given access to.
Prohibited use
You may not use MoneJar for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other users' data, attempt to damage or overload the service, or reverse engineer or distribute copies of the app.
Price
MoneJar is free during testing. Pricing may change in the future, for example through paid features or a paid version. Any change will be stated clearly before it applies to you, and no payment will be taken without your approval through the App Store.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will be updated. Continuing to use MoneJar after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

MoneJar ne yapar
MoneJar kendi paranızı takip etmeniz için hazırlanmış bir uygulamadır. Hesaplarınızı, işlemlerinizi ve bütçelerinizi siz girersiniz; uygulama bunları hesaplar ve gösterir.
MoneJar ne yapmaz
Mali tavsiye vermez. Gösterdiği rakamlar sizin girdiğiniz bilgilere dayanır. Yatırım, borçlanma ya da borç ödeme konusunda öneri niteliği taşımaz.
Bankanıza bağlanmaz. Hesap hareketlerinizi otomatik olarak almaz ve sizin adınıza işlem yapmaz. Uygulamadaki tüm bilgileri siz girersiniz.
Döviz kurları bilgi amaçlıdır. Kurlar açık bir kaynaktan alınır; gecikmeli ya da hatalı olabilir. Bankanızın uyguladığı kur farklı olabilir. Uygulamada gösterilen çevrimler tahminidir. Gerçek kuru kendiniz girebilirsiniz.
Sorumluluk
Girdiğiniz bilgilerin doğruluğundan ve bu bilgilere dayanarak verdiğiniz kararlardan siz sorumlusunuz.
MoneJar'ı doğru ve erişilebilir tutmak için çalışıyoruz, ancak her zaman hatasız ve kesintisiz çalışacağını garanti edemeyiz. Hesabınız varsa kayıtlarınız sunucumuzda saklanır ve başka bir telefonda giriş yaptığınızda geri gelir. Hesabınız yoksa kayıtlarınız yalnızca telefonunuzda saklanır; telefon kaybolur, bozulur ya da sıfırlanırsa yalnızca aldığınız bir yedekten geri yüklenebilir.
Hesabınız
Hesap açmak isteğe bağlıdır. Hesap açarsanız şifrenizi korumak sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Hesabınızı istediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden silebilirsiniz.
Bir hesabınızı başka biriyle paylaşırsanız erişim seviyesini siz belirlersiniz ve istediğiniz zaman kaldırabilirsiniz. Erişim verdiğiniz kişilerin yaptığı işlemlerden sorumlu değiliz.
Yasak kullanımlar
MoneJar'ı yasa dışı amaçlarla kullanamaz, başka kullanıcıların verilerine erişmeye çalışamaz, hizmete zarar vermeye ya da aşırı yük bindirmeye çalışamaz, uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle inceleyemez veya kopyalarını dağıtamazsınız.
Ücret
MoneJar test süresince ücretsizdir. Fiyatlandırma ileride değişebilir; örneğin ücretli özellikler ya da ücretli bir sürüm sunulabilir. Her değişiklik size uygulanmadan önce açıkça belirtilir ve App Store üzerinden onayınız olmadan ücret alınmaz.
Koşullardaki değişiklikler
Bu koşullar değişirse sayfanın başındaki tarih güncellenir. Değişiklikten sonra MoneJar'ı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Uygulanacak hukuk
Bu koşullar Birleşik Arap Emirlikleri hukukuna tabidir.
